We will pick up and transport your area rugs to a State Of The Art cleaning facility staffed with certified specialists. The rug will be carefully inspected, photographed, documented, then the cleaning process will begin. The rug is first dusted to remove the dry soil then flushed which loosens the soil. Cleaning Solution Jets move across the rug deeply massaging into the fibers flushing out embedded dust and soil. Fresh water is used to rinse out the loosened soil and cleaning solution thoroughly. The Fringes are now hand cleaned. The excess water is removed and the fibers are ready to receive the application of carpet protection and deodorizing, if you have choosen it.
The area rug is sent to the dry room where the rugs are hung dried in a temperature and humidity monitored controlled environment. The rugs are pile lifted and vacuumed to remove any remaining lint.
The rugs are inspected a final time, ph tested, then rolled up and ready to be transported back to you.
PADDING
We will custom fit the size padding for your area rug. Our padding is designed to prevent sliding and bunching of rugs over hard surfaces as well as wall to wall carpet. This particular pad has an added dimension to cushion the feel of your rugs. The pad is made of the finest synthetic fibers combined with a unique non-slip rubber coating. The construction of this padding is why it is recommended to people with allergies.
